GENERAL TERMS OF AGREEMENT
To qualify for a wholesale purchase, you must be a valid retail business, and by agreeing to our terms and conditions you certify that you are such. You are only authorized to sell through the retail store(s) that you have listed. Secondary stores, websites and online sales must receive prior written approval.
All prices are listed in US dollars. Authorized retailers will receive access to wholesale pricing in our e-commerce shop. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please note that not all retail products are available at wholesale pricing. Because our special design (artisanal) soaps are created in smaller batches, we cannot guarantee sufficient stock and therefore recommend contacting us for full loaf purchase information. Custom orders are also available to our wholesale accounts and we are always happy to collaborate on product design ideas. All custom soap orders must be placed at least 6 weeks in advance and require minimum purchase quantities.
A minimum of $150 is required on all opening orders. Orders must be prepaid prior to shipment of goods.

PAYMENT & DELIVERY
Visa, Master Card, Discovery, American Express, PayPal and Amazon are all accepted forms of payment. Note: payment by check is ONLY available to ATLANTA area wholesale accounts. Shipments are typically dispatched within 1-2 weeks (4 weeks for custom soap orders). Shipping and handling charges are calculated at check-out based on weight. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier used on any shipment.
NATURE OF HANDMADE GOODS
As all of our products are handmade, individual items may differ slightly in appearance, which lends to and enhances the character of the products..
DAMAGE & RETURNS
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact us as soon as possible upon receipt to discuss any damages. At this time, damaged goods are handled on a case-by-case basis and require clear photos of any and all damages identified for our records. Damaged merchandise that meets the aforementioned qualifications may be returned and will be replaced with new merchandise at no additional cost. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 10 business days after receipt. Barring damage in transit, all wholesale merchandise sales are final.
DROP SHIPPING & CONSIGNMENT
At this time, we do not offer drop shipping or consignment, though we value your interest in our products and appreciate your consideration.
